Q1) How do I register or post my
profile on your website?

| Ans. For registering as a BASIC member you may
enter your profile 'online' (directly on website) by clicking 'add
your profile' link on home page or send the profile by email , post
or even deliver personally at our office / collection centers (details
given in 'contact us' on home page). |
| Q2) Do I have to pay for registration or for becoming
a BASIC member and what all facilities are available to me ? |
| Ans. Registration is totally FREE & BASIC
membership is for unlimited period. Free facilities available to a
BASIC member are - access to website, posting your profile/family
details/contact details/partner preferences & its subsequent modifications
, uploading & changing photograph/horoscope, search partner's
profiles, respond to contact by paid members, avail value added services
etc. Most of these facilities can be accessed after registration,
using your login id & password (login area).On registration a
computer generated 'profile id' is also sent to your email which can
be intimated to others for viewing your profile/photograph (by entering
the id in VIEW PROFILE ID on home page) thus saving on advertising/courier
costs. |
| Q3) What are the other membership options & how
do I contact other members ? |
| Ans. Details of GOLD & PLATINUM membership
are given on home page itself ('membership options' link).These are
paid services. Only paid members can initiate contact with all members. |
| Q4) How does one proceed in case a member does not
have a computer or does not know how to access website ? |
| Ans. For such people as also for those
who are busy & have no time to access the website we have 'value
added services' (link on home page) in which case the profiles are
sent either to email or sent home by courier. These are paid services. |
| Q5) The registration Form is lengthy & is it
a must to fill all details? I am also not able to access the facilities
using my user id & password. |
| Ans. Filling all details will bring better response.
Certain fields are compulsory & must be filled correctly. Address
is not visible to others on submitting the form, neither is it intimated
to paid members; thus maintaining confidentiality. Please ensure that
no contact details (including email id) are mentioned anywhere except
in specified field. The profile is posted on the website after verification
& may take up to a day. Features on website can be accessed only
once the profile is posted on the site after vetting by us. |
| Q6) I am not sure if my registration form has been
accepted or not as no confirmation has been received to this effect? |
| Ans. Due to various reasons the second part of
the form may not be accepted hence no confirmation may have been received
by you. However when the first portion of the form with contact details
(email mandatory) reaches us it is vetted & posted on the site.
The incomplete form may be completed by entering user id & password
in 'login area' (home page)once the acknowledgement reaches your email. |
